Schools under HBSE and Teachers under Haryana school education department can login through the Portal .Admin Access also available.

To get access of portal a login ID assigned from department .By entering Login ID and valid password one can login through the portal .

1 How to Login to portal

ID - SchoolcodeSchooltypeAdmin (If School code is - 000 , School Type - GHS , Admin (A is capital)  Then ID Must be Like 000GHSAdmin) 

Password -  Password is confidential and must be strong ,Use #,@ ,Small letter,Capital letter ,Numbers to make password strong .

What if MIS Password is not remembered ?

Forgot Password option is available to portal to update password 

If one forgot password then option available to retrieve OTP on registered m Mobile number and easily  set new password by entering OTP .

What If Mobile and Email is not working then ?

Call or send a official email to Nodal officer at district level , They have authorities to reset password of their district from  Admin Level . You have to send an official email to authority for retrieve new password .

After receiving common password from authorities its being best practices to change your password that is confidential to school .

Wait ....

First do necessary changes like update contact number and a valid email id so that next time OTP can be receive to new email id and mobile number . 

Best Practice  : To remove hassles to contact authorities change your password after every 14 to 15 days ,Before password get expired 

MIS Haryana Password expired 

If you not change the password ,  after few months password is automatically expired. May for security purposes . So change your password timely .

What to do if password get expired ?

Step 1 . Go to page Forgot Password 

Step 2    Enter your School ID 

Step 3    Then Choose where you want to retriev OTP Wheteher on Email or on Regietered Mobile number .

OTP :

Step 4 After retrived OTP ,Enter it in OTP Box and validate , 

Step 5 No option available  to update password , Update password with strong one .

What is OTP Not retrieved :

If OTP is not Retrieved  then as we describe above , request call to Nodal Officer for Pasword reset .

Note : Please update your password timely before it get expired .
